Before any tool is built, before any alloy is cast, plastic molded or metal formed, 3-Dimensional Services completes your prototype part. We have the most current technologies that allow us to respond to prototype needs both in time and quality. We can work from a sketch, blueprint or CAD file. We can process your files from DAT, cartridge, reel stored CAD drawings. If more expedient data transfer is needed, we're online to move even the largest CAD files. Our software packages import Pro/Engineer, Delcam Duct, Catia, Unigraphics, SDRC and generic trimmed surface and wireframe IGES files, or with reverse engineering we can work from a model.

Our process planning includes review for design and manufacturing intent by engineers at one of our many UNIX workstations. Wireframe, surface modeling or a solid model can be developed. To produce your part we translate the CAD dimensional data, using CAM programs such as Delcam, Gibbs, Virtual Gibbs to generate tool cutting paths for CNC machining. Our project teams, consisting of highly qualified design and manufacturing engineers along with skilled machinists, toolmakers and assembly technicians, put innovative theories into manufacturing practices, and practical experience into process plans.
