Laser Processing
Laser processing allows three dimensional part cutting and welding. Our laser processing centers include power ranges to 3kW and work envelopes to 120" x 72" x 36" and allow the flexibility to change over in seconds. Lasers have the capacity to trim and weld simple parts to the most complex with speed and accuracy. All non-contact, high quality for critical and heat sensitive components, around complex contours and ultra thin materials.
Laser technology needs no more attention than traditional machining methods, but can be just the right technology for the most difficult cuts and welds, particularly in areas that are not easily accessible.
